Return Policy — 720 Helmet

At 720 Helmet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.  

Returns 
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order.  
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.  
- Proof of purchase (like your order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping 

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.  

Exchanges  
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our support team at shop@720helmet.com before shipping your return.
